Inger Margrethe Andersen passed away peacefully on February 28, 2017 – just three days after her 93rd birthday. But her story didn’t end there.
Before her death, she contacted a law firm with a special request: she wanted to leave a legacy – not in the form of money alone, but as a legacy filled with secrets. A legacy that could only be opened when she would have turned 100 years old.
Now it’s up to you to crack the codes and solve the mystery of the legacy Inger left behind.
Follow the tracks between the bunkers at Blåvand and through her life – from her childhood in Blåvandshuk, to medicine in Blåvand and among war refugees in Oksbøl, to the mystery of the small coffin that neither the probate court nor the lawyer could open.

Hidden under the sand, the secret legacy of Inger Margrethe is a self-guided outdoor escape game experience at Blåvandshuk, where the story unfolds step by step – literally.
Along the way, you’ll solve puzzles, discover hidden clues and gain insight into a life of duty, love and a secret that waited almost a century to be revealed.
Are you ready to follow in the footsteps of Inger and reveal the legacy?
Remember to take care of the vulnerable nature. Stick to the existing trails and avoid treading new ones – for the sake of both wildlife and landscape.
Along the way, you may be lucky enough to spot seals along the coast, bats in the bunkers or maybe even a viper basking in the shelter of the dunes. All are protected animals and we recommend enjoying them from a distance.
To the north of the route is a military training ground that contains several bunkers that are not included in the game. These bunkers can also be visited, but keep an eye out for the orange-red ball signal. If the ball is raised, a drill is in progress and the area is temporarily closed to access.

The route follows small, winding paths through the dunes and open countryside.
The entire tour takes place in a publicly accessible area, but the terrain is uneven and therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.
