How to use your Sidewalk Mystery gift card

Have you received a gift card for one of our exciting Sidewalk Mystery missions? Then you’re just a few steps away from experiencing a fun and challenging city walk filled with puzzles, history and mystery! Follow this simple guide to redeem your gift card and get started.

Step-by-step guide to redeeming your gift card:

  1. Choose your game Go to our webshop and find the Sidewalk Mystery game you want to play. We offer different missions, each taking you on an exciting journey through the city streets, solving puzzles and experiencing historical mysteries.
  2. Add game to cart When you have found the perfect game, click “Add to cart”. Just like when you shop in a regular webshop, the game will be added to your shopping cart.
  3. Enter the code from your gift card Once the game is added to the cart, the cart will open automatically. Here you will see a box where you can enter the code from your gift card. The code can be found on your gift card, and once entered, the amount of 349.00 DKK will be deducted from your order.
  4. Complete the purchase After the gift card has been redeemed and the game has been deducted from the price, complete your purchase as normal. This includes entering your details and confirming the order.
  5. Receive your game guide and code Once the purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to start your game:
    • A game guide that guides you and your team through the mission.
    • A game code that you need to access and activate the game.

It’s just like if you had bought the game yourself, but now you’ve used the gift card to cover the purchase.
