In Dark Mysteries 1, you’ll encounter puzzles like:
– A man opens a letter, reads it and then commits suicide.
or
– A man walks out into the rain without his large umbrella and drops dead shortly after.

Now the question is: What really happened?

One participant is appointed Game Leader and is responsible for running the game by reading out the riddles. The other participants are Investigators and must try to solve the riddles of the Dark Mysteries and find out what really happened.

Investigators may ask questions to the Game Master, who can only answer “Yes” or “No”.

If the Game Master receives questions that cannot be answered “Yes” or “No”, the Game Master decides whether to provide assistance to the Investigators.

For example, it can be helpful to say if the question is irrelevant or to discreetly point out a detail that the investigators have overheard or misunderstood.

There doesn’t have to be criminal forces behind the dark mysteries. But that’s often the case, even though natural deaths and accidents do happen.

The game manager is always right – period!
The game master decides whether Investigators have come close enough to the real story and have solved the puzzle.

The role of Game Master can be rotated between participants.

The game contains more than 50 puzzles that are picked up in random order each time a new game round is started.

How to play Dark Mysteries
Dark Mysteries is played directly on your mobile phone or tablet by scanning a QR code and entering a game code.

As soon as the payment is completed, the game guide, QR code and game code for login will be sent by email together with a receipt for the purchase.
