Klaushall.com / Sidewalk Mystery accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard or MobilePay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when your access to the purchased game is created and the receipt and game codes are sent.
All amounts on the website are in Danish kroner including VAT.
Klaushall.com / Sidewalk Mystery uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol. Therefore, your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Sidewalk Mystery’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your data deleted at any time.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.
The personal data is registered with Klaushall.com / Sidewalk Mystery and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.

Right of withdrawal
Sidewalk Mystery games are subject to a 14-day money-back guarantee. As a Sidewalk Mystery is a digital product, the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act lapses as soon as you have used one of the game codes sent to you and thus started using the product.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase. Notice of withdrawal must be given by email. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Right of complaint
Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material and workmanship.
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Sidewalk Mystery within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, max. two months as reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product, just as the inability to solve the mysteries is not in itself a basis for a right of complaint.

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the House of Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the complaint portal for the House of Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can take your complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
It is generally a prerequisite for a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. You will have to pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
